Afro-Boston DocuPoetry 12x12 is a literary art experience that combines source materials with photography/videography and poetry writing. During the months of February, March and April 2022 we will research 12 different sites of African-American Ourstory in Boston (Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, and the West, North & South Ends). We will use key people and events from each of the 12 sites to build writing assignments and generate 12 poems for publication here on this site.
